In order to be cleared for volunteering during school hours, Lucia Mar School District has a few steps you need to complete!

Child Mandated Reporter Training
Registration instructions for the Mandated Reporter Training:

In compliance with Senate Bill (SB) 848, all school district volunteers are now required to complete annual Child Mandated Reporter Training. Volunteers must complete this training every year to maintain eligibility.

Fingerprinting
Schedule an appointment in Human Resources to be fingerprinted for Lucia Mar and processed by the Department of Justice and FBI. Read more information or schedule a fingerprint appointment click here:
(Fingerprint clearances from any other agencies are not accepted.

Tuberculosis (TB) Test
Tuberculosis (TB) tests are required and are good for 4 years. Contact Student Services at 805-474-3000 for scheduled free testing on-site. Tests can also be completed by your primary care physician or at any Community Health Center (CHC).
